About Construction Insurance Services:
CIS is a Dallas, Texas based insurance program manager focused on the construction industry is seeking a talented casualty underwriter with five years’ of property casualty insurance experience to assist in its next stage of growth.
Position Summary:
Candidate must currently live in the DFW area. We are seeking a property casualty insurance account manager to servicing existing and new customers. A person with insurance sales experience and a trainee with an interest in the insurance industry as a career will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Service the insurance needs of insurance agents and their construction clients.
- Underwrite each account, review client coverage's, coordinate with insurance company
- Review new business submissions and renewal accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals/quotes to agents and customers.
- Coordinate with the accounting department,
- Participate in industry activities and attend conventions to promote CIS.
- Participate in continuing education for the maintenance of insurance license and personal development.
Preferred Requirements :
- Experience in the property/casualty insurance industry, with focus on liability insurance.
- 3 to 10 years of insurance experiences in insurance sales or insurance underwriting.
- Four-year degree. Preferred
